What You’ll Do

• Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide production support (BAU) , proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
• Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
• Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
• Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
