Purpose

The Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager EMEA for MENTOR owns the execution of a coordinated omnichannel marketing approach across priority markets. The role ensures strong alignment between global strategy and local activation, translating priorities into clear, actionable plans and accelerating execution. It works with a team of Product Managers aligned to key geographies, enabling effective localization of initiatives and consistent delivery. It acts as the central orchestrator across partners, driving performance tracking, continuous optimization, and a scalable operating model.
