We’re looking for a Senior Digital UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll lead and deliver digital design work across retail and financial services clients, including new websites, complex decision‑based journeys and ongoing optimisation work. You’ll shape creative responses to briefs, design high-quality websites and journeys, and deliver conversion‑focused (CRO) solutions that balance strong visual craft with usability, performance and commercial impact.
You’ll take ownership of design projects end‑to‑end, collaborating closely with UX designers, developers and QA, and playing a key role in shaping the overall creative and UX output of the agency. You’ll be confident making design decisions, articulating rationale and influencing both internal teams and clients.
