The ideal candidate will be Co ordinating and assisting with the external consultants and legal counsels for appeals at CIT (A), DRP, ITAT and appeals at High Court and Supreme Court. Responsibilities Carrying out issue based detailed research and analysis for ongoing and past tax litigations. Real time update on Income Tax updates i.e. w.r.t direct tax law, circular, notification, case laws, articles etc and updating the internal team and management. Preparing and Filling of Appeals with various revenue authorities within defined timelines. Preparing and filling written submissions/ paper book with the revenue authorities within defined timelines. Preparing, filling and availing order giving effects & rectifications with the revenue department. Required Skills Knowledge of Direct Tax Laws and transfer pricing. Updated Knowledge of case laws.
