**Job Description**

Reporting to the SVP Performance Excellence, the Senior Director of Capital Programs provides strategic leadership and oversight of all capital construction activities across the Destinations LOB. The role directs multi?year capital planning, oversees Historic Preservation Center (HPC) operations, facilitates Master Planning, and supports the Destinations Growth team. The Senior Director leads the identification, selection, and management of all consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal Aramark partners to ensure coordinated execution across projects and properties.

The Senior Director also builds, mentors, and leads a high?performing construction project management team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, technical standards, and professional development goals.
