The Senior Director of Coaching and Leader Development (MY & SG) is responsible for leading Melaleuca’s Coaching and Leader Development function across Malaysia and Singapore. Our client's mission is To Enhance the Lives of Those We Touch by Helping People Reach Their Goals.

The Senior Director of Coaching and Leader Development will be responsible for furthering this mission by helping families convert their homes to Melaleuca products and by teaching Marketing Executives how to build sustainable businesses. This role therefore plays a critical part in driving member growth, retention, leadership development and overall market momentum.

The Senior Director will lead and develop the Coaching and Leader Development Team across multiple regions in Malaysia, including North, South, Central and Malay Group, while also overseeing the Singapore market.
