We are seeking a highly capable Senior EC&I Engineer to support and lead engineering activities across a diverse portfolio of Defence work packages .
This role spans the full engineering lifecycle – from early requirements and concept development through to detailed design, technical governance and assurance .
As a Senior EC&I Engineer , you will work independently with minimal supervision , lead small discipline teams, support and mentor engineers, and take responsibility for producing high-quality engineering outputs . You will be central to shaping technical solutions, ensuring designs are safe, compliant, cost-effective , and aligned with client and regulatory expectations .
