The role holder is responsible for managing a team of economists and researchers to support the Bank’s research agenda and provide rigorous, data-driven analysis to inform the strategic decisions of senior management and the Board. The role holder monitors, analyses, and provides feedback on research reports, and supports the publication process for key economic and financial publications. The role holder is also responsible for delivering high-quality policy papers, briefing notes, and flagship publications in line with international best practice. In addition, the role holder works closely with the Director of Research to identify current and emerging research areas that will have a meaningful impact on CBUAE and UAE government policy development.
