Compensation & Benefits:
Pro-rated Compensation: Salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis (percentage factor) of the agreed working hours. This pro-rated amount serves as the basis for all statutory contributions, including Provident Fund (PF). Full Insurance Coverage: Unlike traditional part-time roles, Reduced Status employees remain eligible for Company-sponsored Health, Term Life, and Personal Accident Insurance. Prorated Leave & Incentives: Leaves included but not limited to Vacation and Casual/Sick leaves are accrued pro-rata based on your specific schedule.
