Hays are supporting a well‑established engineering contractor in hiring an Electrical Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate andmerciallypetitive tenders across major utilities, infrastructure and data centre projects. This role is central to winning new work, shaping pricing strategy and supporting a smooth handover into project delivery.You’ll work closely withmercial leadership, project managers and engineering teams on high‑value national frameworks and technicallyplex electrical installations.Your new role
You’ll manage the full tender lifecycle, reviewing drawings, defining scope, developing pricing strategies, coordinating supply chain input and delivering high‑quality submissions. The role offers exposure to utilities frameworks, large‑scale electrical infrastructure and hyperscale data centre environments across Ireland and the UK.
