Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs and improve bid competitiveness.
  
• Review consultant designs and identify cost-effective engineering alternatives.
  
• Manage end-to-end tender reviews, scope validation, risk assessment, and RFI preparation.
