Senior Electrical Revit Designer- Data Centre

The Senior Electrical Revit Modeler is responsible for independently developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed electrical BIM models for complex data centre projects. The role requires strong technical understanding, proactive coordination with other disciplines, and the ability to guide junior modellers while ensuring high-quality, data-rich model delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain detailed Revit models for electrical power and low‑voltage systems including cable containment, lighting, earthing, and communications.
• Ensure models meet project LOD, LOI, and BIM Execution Plan requirements.
• Embed accurate parameters, system data, and schedules to support engineering design, coordination, and construction.
