You will be responsible for project management, Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and supervision of maintenance of buildings and facilities or its M&E system. You will be required to propose, implement, and manage improvement initiatives to improve system and facility reliability, operational effectiveness, productivity, reduce cost and resources.

Formulate policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the use of technologies and operations procedures to ensure operation sustainability.
