Micron is seeking an experienced SIC Engineer with at least two years of post‑education experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, or supply chain. This role is part of the Technology Development department and focuses on coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of new parts in the fab to achieve high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key team members to develop applications and processes that continuously improve production metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan for future product introductions.
• Maintain regular communication with Engineering and Operations teams about area issues, priorities and projects.
• Communicate fab performance metrics to a large, diverse group of stakeholders.
