Essential Functions
:
Understand fundamentals of Networked Geothermal operations.Develop and maintain company standards, as directed to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and codes.Coordinates resources required to complete processes or projects.Monitor regulatory updates and communicate changes to key stakeholders, ensuring proactive response to evolving requirements.Monitor and track industry best practices and emerging trends in regulatory compliance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.As directed, will lead implementation of new compliance initiatives resulting from new gas regulations.Provide necessary details to training organizations to ensure understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.Collaborate with finance and investment planning groups to determine capital and O&M costs to the GBU.Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret and apply re...
