Responsibilities
Providing normal business hours service support and on standby 24x7 for Incident calls or escalation calls.
Reviewing, assigning, and supervising all support teams on their roles and responsibilities and align to Authority’s expectation and standards.
Managing, supervising and improving the workflow and throughput for Data Center operations where necessary.
Managing/supervising incidents related to the M&E Facility and/or Cloud Operations.
Reviewing Data Centre IT infrastructure process such as Asset Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Service Fulfilment management, Change management and get endorsement from Authority to implement or update any policy/process/forms of the Data Center.
Managing and monitoring vendor performance management according to KPI/SLAs for break fix/maintenance/installation of Data Centre IT infrastructure management.
