In this role, you will be nurturing young learners to become a fluent and confident reader through the 5 Elements of Reading Instruction. A clear standard English pronunciation is important to teach the students the right way of pronunciation from the start. You will also be teaching English Language to students from Primary 1 to 6, striking a balance between academic progress and learning for life. The EL skills include:

• Receptive Skills: Reading, Listening, and Viewing
• Productive Skills: Writing, Speaking, and Representing
• Knowledge of the Language: Grammar and Vocabulary

All teaching materials/resources which are in-house developed and updated regularly are provided by the company. So there is no requirement for teachers to create own materials.
