The Opportunity
:We are seeking a driven, well-connected, and organized professional to represent Algoma University in South India. The successful candidate will lead targeted enrollment growth, enhance partner satisfaction, and serve as a liaison between Algoma University, ApplyBoard, and external recruitment partners (agents). This is a hands-on, field-focused role with significant travel and stakeholder coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies to help meet enrollment goals for our differentiated partners.
Support Conversion Rates: Help enhance conversion rates by assisting in the activation and training of Recruitment Partners (RPs) and ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
Service Adoption: Promote the adoption of premium services and tools to enhance partner satisfaction and results.
