Job Description This role supports the organisation’s capability development agenda by implementing and managing HR development initiatives including learning and development programmes, engagement activities, and core HR management processes.
Responsibilities - Training : Support the end-to-end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post‑programme evaluation.
- Competency Development: Support the implementation of capability development (i.e. competency development) initiatives.
- Staff Induction: Support staff induction/onboarding .
- Engagement: Support employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design, communications and operations.
