Position Overview

The NGEMR / Epic Principal Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for trainers, end‑users and super‑users. This role is critical to the success of the Epic implementation, ensuring that staff are proficient in using Epic applications aligned with organisational workflows. The Principal Trainer will collaborate closely with Application Analysts, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to create effective, role‑based training content and maintain the training environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Epic training curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to user roles
• Deliver training to trainers, super‑users and end‑users via classroom, virtual sessions, and asynchronous formats (e.g. job aids, e‑learning)
