The candidate will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of URA's buildings and facilities at the Marina Bay Area and the Common Service Tunnel.

This role encompasses comprehensive facilities management including contractor supervision, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all building systems and operations. You will manage building infrastructure, mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, security systems, facilities, and soft services whilst supervising contractors to ensure they fulfil their contractual obligations.
