Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns, donation drives and fundraising events.
- Support donor engagement and relationship‑building with sponsors, community partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, sponsorship requests, donor presentation materials and campaign updates.
- Coordinate publicity and fundraising promotional efforts together with the Communications, Marketing & Media team.
- Monitor fundraising progress, maintain donor records and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements and administrative support for fundraising activities and events.
- Work closely with internal departments to support organisational fundraising goals and initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures and PDPA requirements.
