RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To manage full spectrum of recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and understand their requirements.
  3. Source and engage candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies and employee referrals.
  4. Handle recruitment administration such as preparing appointment letters, coordinating medical check-ups, and collecting required documents.
  5. Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including arrange orientation schedule, notifying IT, Admin, and other relevant departments on new hire arrangements.
  6. Ensure smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
