Key Responsibilities
Outsourced Manpower Management
- Coordinate with manpower vendors/agencies for deployment of outsourced staff.
- Monitor attendance, manpower strength, shift allocation, and replacement requirements.
- Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities of outsourced employees.
- Maintain updated records of outsourced staff across departments/locations.
- Verify invoices, attendance sheets, and billing details submitted by vendors.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor contractor compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance trackers, licenses, registrations, and statutory records.
