Sr Business Associate – HR is a hands‑on HR role responsible for supporting end‑to‑end HR operations and employee relations for assigned programs and clients. The role serves as the primary HR point of contact for associates and delivery teams, ensuring compliance with Malaysia labour laws, timely HR operations, and effective people support.
