Job Description

The Learning and Development (L&D) Senior Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

The L&D Senior Executive also monitors training effectiveness, manages learning platforms, and supports career development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and update training materials (slides, guides, OJT tools).
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Coordinate training calendars, enrolment, attendance, logistics.
  • Monitor and update the HRDC portal (claims, submissions, compliance).
  • Track post-training performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Support rollouts and work closely with Operations, HRBPs, and SMEs.
