The Learning and Development Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions that support organizational goals and employee performance. This role ensures that all training content—whether digital, classroom-based, or blended—is instructionally sound, learner centered, and aligned with business objectives. The Instructional Designer partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, create innovative instructional materials, and evaluate learning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and capability development across the organization
