Manage marketing campaigns (new to bank customer and existing to bank customers with cross-selling, top ups etc),Manage product development, product management and portfolio management in achieving business objectives and goals.Develop high yield products that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank’s compliance requirements.Manage and Implementation of new fees and/or looking at various avenues to increase the fee income that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank’s compliance requirements.Work with relevant stakeholders on any responses/feedback which is mortgage related and required by ABM and BNM within stipulated timeline given.Manage valuers and solicitors evaluation and empanelment.Work with Customer Advocacy team and other front liners to resolve customer complaints timely and efficiently.
