The Senior Executive is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR operational and administrative support to assigned Schools for the university’s faculty population, focusing on Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure, Job Changes, and Exit Management. The role ensures all faculty‑related processes are executed in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
