Key Responsibilities - Provide expert ‑ level support for complex enterprise and IP core network environments
- Design, implement, and optimise network solutions across multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Lead major network projects, including Tech ‑ Refresh and proof ‑ of ‑ concept initiatives
- Participate in 24/7 standby rotation and manage critical escalations
- Perform security configurations, patches, firmware and router hardware upgrades
- Conduct risk and vulnerability reviews on core infrastructure
