Responsibilities

• Perform credit assessments for new customer onboarding, including basic KYC checks, financial review, and legitimacy verification.
• Review and approve credit limits within delegated authority and escalate higher‑risk cases when necessary.
• Monitor customer credit utilisation, overdue balances, and overall portfolio exposure.
• Conduct periodic credit reviews and support credit limit adjustments.
• Maintain accurate credit documentation and records.
• Identify early warning signs of credit risk such as delays in payment or deteriorating behaviour.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and procedures.
