Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Corporate Learning Centre Department in SIA Human Resources Division. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing holistic and targeted programmes/initiatives to strengthen leadership competencies, and reinforcing pipeline of leaders at the enterprise and business levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for design of an integrated leadership and people development (LPD) curriculum and ensure it is relevant and aligned with organizational leadership strategy and developments.
