Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities 1) Process and activation management Procurement and logistics support - Initiate E2E procurement process till implementation of each launch.
- Leads partner onboarding and vendor creation/registration process.
- Manages and ensures smooth delivery to and from warehouse including storage of merchandise for each partner launch.
- Recruit, manage and train part-timers on ground.
- Track expenses per partner location. Including invoicing and run post campaign reports.
Optimization Workflow - Assist in developing operations playbook and updating as per required and ensuring all collaterals and materials adhere to approved brand guides and visual style.
