We are seeking an experienced Senior Export Control Compliance Specialist/Manager to join ByteDance’s Global Legal Compliance (GLC) team. This role focuses on building, implementing, and continuously enhancing ByteDance’s export control and trade compliance program, with emphasis on operational controls, end-user due diligence, restricted party screening, cloud and infrastructure-related risk review, training, governance, and ongoing program execution. The ideal candidate will design scalable compliance processes, support day-to-day operations, and strengthen the company’s global trade compliance framework across supply chain, customer onboarding, cloud or API access, compute infrastructure, and other operational workflows.
