Responsibilities
Operate and support enterprise F5 BIG-IP platforms (physical, virtual, and cloud), ensuring high availability and performance for business-critical applications.Provide Level-3 operational support for incidents, outages, and complex performance issues, serving as an escalation point for F5-related services.Configure and maintain application traffic services, including VIPs, pools, health monitors, persistence, profiles, and iRules.Manage platform lifecycle activities, including software upgrades, hotfixes, and routine maintenance across environments.Implement and support SSL/TLS services, including certificate deployment, renewal, and synchronization in high-availability configurations.Partner with application, network, and security teams to onboard new services and resolve operational issues in production environments.Support hybrid and cloud-based deployments, ...
