The portfolio is in a state of significant renewal, with many exciting CAPEX projects in the works. The Senior Facilities Manager will also have support from 2 direct reports on-site.

The Role:
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reactive and preventative maintenance for 6 office buildings across Sydney.
