Job Overview

Maintain and conduct preventative maintenance (PM) for facility services on site. Ensure all assignments are completed on time and report issued facility equipment to superiors. Comply with company policies, facility procedures, and safety and environmental policies.

Essential Duties

• Check and ensure facility services function properly.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment such as air conditioning, cooling systems, control devices, low‑voltage electrical supply, and fire protection systems.
• Report failures of facility systems or equipment immediately to the Facility Supervisor.
• Conduct facility PM and minor troubleshooting according to the PM plan.
