- Allocate daily tasks and manage the plantation workforce effectively.
- Maintain and update daily attendance and operational cost records.
- Supervise field activities such as harvesting, fertilization, spraying, weeding, pruning, and general plantation maintenance.
- Ensure all operations comply with agronomic standards, safety protocols, and established procedures.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor supervisors and workers to achieve operational targets.
- Conduct regular plantation inspections and report operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with MSPO certification requirements and occupational safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement
Minimum qualification: Certificate in Agriculture or equivalent. Diploma in Plantation Management is preferred.
Extensive experience in oil palm plantation operations and supervision.
