The position exists in order to support the CCF in the area of controls and compliance. With the objective of efficiently and effectively improving the company’s control environment through awareness, capability building, and through routine self-assessment programs. Competency and Capability Building

- Familiarize himself to the current and “To Be” financial policies and procedures of CCF.

- Collect and document business requirements for project and process automation/ improvements.

- Create process documentation/ workflows for Finance processes.

- Applying knowledge of business process modelling to document processes.

- Conduct trainings and educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.

- Conduct onboarding sessions to new hires to ensure familiarity and compliance to all CCF policies.
