day-to-day finance operations

within the group.
BAU Finance Operations (Primary Focus) Process and review payments
prepared at the AP stage, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely execution Own month-end close
for the smaller entities within the group — journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations Review month-end reporting packages from overseas bookkeepers (external) Support indirect tax filings (VAT / GST / SST) across relevant jurisdictions Assist with annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors Support intercompany funding tracking and basic cashflow monitoring Handle ad-hoc finance tasks as required
