Job Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for processing and analyzing financial data, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with government funding regulations.

Location: Head Office, Markham, Ontario. The position offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on period‑end close activities such as accruals, deferrals, and prepaids.
• Perform variance analysis to budget, forecast, and prior year and prepare period‑end reports.
• Complete balance reconciliations and provide commentary on balance sheet variances.
• Business partner with Operations to drive costs down and maximize funding opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of required government and regulatory reporting.
