• Conduct research in financial stability, regulation, and payment to contribute to building knowledge in SEACEN members and enhancing the Centre’s learning programmes, including curriculum development and the development of training materials.
• Prepare and assist in drafting background papers for high‑level seminars such as the SEACEN Centre’s high‑level meetings including EXCO, Deputy Governor Meetings, and Board of Governors.
• Serve as a lead researcher for the selected collaborative projects and contribute to the Centre’s research as requested.

• Leverage on research outcomes for the design and development of cutting‑edge content for case studies, research output and publications, and in the delivery of learning and research programmes.
