Compensation: $120k-150k base salary 

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)



Overview: Join a mission-critical program supporting secure, high-impact federal systems. This role focuses on leading front-end development, designing intuitive user experiences, and building scalable UI solutions within a cloud-based, Agile environment.



Requirements: 

• 10+ years of software development experience (Object-Oriented languages like: JavaScript, Node.js, or similar)


• 5+ years of front-end development experience


• 3+ years experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar)


• 3+ years leading or mentoring development teams/projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end design and development of user-facing applications


• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI components aligned to user needs
