About the Role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building an AI‑native workspace. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems across the stack, impacting high‑profile enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs, preferably using Python/Django/FastAPI.
• Collaborate with founders, growth team, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the stack.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
