Senior Gen AI Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer with strong core engineering foundations and
hands-on experience in building and deploying Gen AI solutions. This role is execution- and
ownership-focused, responsible for delivering Gen AI features end-to-end while mentoring junior
engineers and handling ambiguous requirements. This position is part of our initial Gen AI
hiring phase, where we prioritize strong backend engineers who have recently built and
shipped Gen AI solutions.
Experience Profile
● Overall experience: 4–6 years
Location- Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai (Hybrid)
● Core engineering background: Java / Node.js / Python /. NET
● Gen AI experience: 1–2 years of hands-on, production-level experience
