Senior Generative AI Motion Designer

Deliver high‑quality motion graphics and 3D while leveraging AI to create ads, content and experiences for major clients. Own jobs end‑to‑end and contribute to large‑scale production outputs across a mix of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, production‑ready work and AI‑led creative outputs at pace.
• Interrogate briefs and storyboards, identify creative and technical issues before they become problems, proactively suggesting improvements to the production phase of client projects.
• Work within established AI workflows and pipelines, proactively improving them through research and development.
• Contribute 3D design and animation where the job calls for it, including product visualisation and stylised elements.
• Present work confidently, internally and alongside account handling teams to clients.
• Share knowledge and help the team around you level up.
