• Able to present sales narratives in a clear, structured way, supported by designs that reflect the company’s brand and marketing direction.
• Maintain consistent branding across all design assets and printed materials.
• Handle the design of all marketing material, including social media visuals, website pages, brochures, banners, and flyers.
• Keep updated with current creative and marketing trends, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Proactively guide and motivate the team in brainstorming sessions to generate creative design concepts.
• Support the design team in troubleshooting and solving design problems.
