To conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality Point of Purchase (POP) solutions in line with client specifications and approved briefs from Account Executives. The role requires ownership of design execution within the Symmetry workflow environment, ensuring all work meets required quality, technical, and production standards.
The Senior Graphic Designer applies creative, conceptual, and technical expertise alongside an understanding of customer behaviour, marketing strategy, materials, and manufacturing processes to develop effective, competitive retail design solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and produce POP design solutions from brief through to final artwork
Interpret and implement creative briefs and revisions accurately and efficiently
Develop concepts through ideation, rough sketching, research, and reference gathering
Translate concepts into technically sound, production‑ready designs
