Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and evolve Matchii's GTM systems and workflows. This role plays a key part in driving revenue efficiency by improving operational processes, increasing workflow reliability, and identifying opportunities to scale what already works. You will partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to diagnose GTM issues, optimize funnel performance, and strengthen data integrity across systems.
