Candidate Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the guiding team, including mentoring, training, and performance oversight
- Conduct professional, engaging, and safe game drives and bush walks
- Ensure compliance with all reserve, safety, and conservation protocols
- Deliver in-depth ecological, wildlife, and cultural interpretation to guests
- Assist with guide scheduling, vehicle allocation, and daily operational planning
- Maintain guiding equipment, vehicles, and sighting records
- Act as a senior ambassador for the reserve, fostering outstanding guest relations
